How to Measure for a Good Fit:

  • Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.
  • Waist: Measure around your natural waist where your body creases when bending side to side.
  • Seat: Measure around the fullest part of your seat.

For Best Results:

  • Take measurements over undergarments.
  • Hold the tape measure firmly, but not tightly.
  • Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor.
  • If your measurements fall between sizes, choose the next size up.
