How to Measure for a Good Fit:

  • Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape firmly under your arms and around your shoulder blades.
  • Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, where your body creases when bending side to side.
  • Seat: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
  • Height: Measure from the floor to the top of your head while standing straight without shoes.

For Best Results:

  • Take measurements over lightweight clothing or undergarments.
  • Hold the measuring tape firmly, but not tightly.
  • Keep the measuring tape level and parallel to the floor.
  • If your measurements fall between sizes, select the next size up.
