The CCM Tacks XR Shin Guards are designed for elite-level players seeking maximum protection, mobility, and comfort in a lightweight anatomical fit. Built with CCM’s Max Coverage FZN Shield Design, the newly engineered injection-molded shin cap is fused with an inner plastic sling to provide enhanced side protection and self-conforming calf coverage that adapts naturally to the player’s leg.
The shin guards feature a compress-molded EVA foam calf guard with PE plastic reinforcement and D3O® Zero, delivering elite-level impact absorption and dependable lower-leg protection. An injection kneecap with a protective comfort donut helps distribute impact energy away from the knee joint, while the new injection-molded shin cap reinforced with D3O® foam at the lower section offers enhanced shot-blocking protection and durability. Finished with removable liner technology, adjustable dual calf straps, and a Hyper X lock strap, the XR Shin Guards provide a secure, customizable fit built for high-level performance.
