Pyrofil is a revolutionary carbon fiber found in the shaft that was created by Mitsubishi. This material, along with the 25K carbon weave, greatly enhances strength and feel. Additionally, to help with unnecessary weight in the blade and shaft, Sherwood uses Featherlite XT. This is a manufacturing process that creates a perfect balance point to maximize power and weight. 

 

The VR92 blade found on this stick features I-92 dampening inlays that strengthens the blade and improves the feel for both tape to tape passes and shooting bar down.
