How to Measure for a Good Fit:
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waist where your body creases when bending side to side.
- Seat: Measure around the fullest part of your seat.

- Take measurements over undergarments.
- Hold the tape measure firmly, but not tightly.
- Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor.
- If your measurements fall between sizes, choose the next size up.
